With the advent of new regulation, our sister company Equity Finance has been created to provide a bespoke service to those intermediaries who do not wish to undertake more regulation in the name of participating in the mortgage market.
Equity Finance can extend a full mortgage service under it’s own licencing to ensure you can still provide a service to your clients and be paid normal procuration fees for your introductions. All ancillary life and pension products remain entirely under your control and as with The Select Partnership your clients can expect the very highest standard of service.
